We are getting married in a private ceremony on Friday, September 25. The reception on Saturday, September 26 will feel very "us". Think cozy, casual, and non-traditional. This is a campfire-style celebration with good food, good music, and zero pressure to be fancy. Come comfortable, hungry, and ready to relax.
We’re skipping a traditional registry. If you feel inclined to give, we’d love contributions toward honeymoon experiences at Couples Tower Isle in Jamaica (snorkeling, ziplines, waterfalls, and a little relaxation). Our travel agent is coordinating everything and can help if you’d like to participate.

We’re keeping things relaxed, not rigid. Guests are invited to stop by anytime that works best for them. That said, here’s the general flow so you know when to eat, mingle, and head home happy:
5:30 - 6 PM: Arrival & mingling - Come say hi, grab a drink, get comfy
6 - 7 PM: Food is served — buffet-style, come hungry
7 - 9:30 PM: Dancing (for those who choose), hanging out, campfire - the heart of the evening
9:45 - 10 PM: Wind-down - start wrapping things up so everyone can head out safely
To make sure there is enough food/booze/cake to go around, please list the number in your party when you RSVP.
Kids are welcome! Please note that while little ones are more than welcome to join us, our celebration will include late-night music, campfires, and an open bar — so it may not be 100% child-friendly at all times. We trust you to decide what’s best for your crew.
Layers, comfortable shoes, and anything you like having by a campfire. The reception will primarily be outdoors. We’ll have food, drinks, and the good vibes covered. Please bring a lawn chair/blanket, as provided seating will be limited.
Our goal for the evening is for everyone to be as comfortable as possible. (Please don't be naked.)
We are serving two mixed drinks, one for each of us.
A dangerously smooth island-inspired cocktail featuring:
Hypnotiq
Pineapple rum
Pineapple juice
Orange juice
Maraschino cherries
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A time-honored Banner family recipe, made with:
Vodka
Everclear
7Up
Fruit punch
Orange juice
Both drinks are strong, delicious, and best enjoyed at your own pace. Assorted beers will also be available.
The food menu will be announced soon.
